The meetup will be held the first Thursday of every month--food will be provided and drinks will be available for purchase.

Coffee and Conversations: Philanthropy Matters Panel

Join us on Tuesday, January 24 at City Vu Events for an inspiring Coffee and Conversation panel featuring young local leaders that are highly engaged in the community and philanthropy. Holland Young Professionals has teamed up with the Community Foundation, United Way, and the Chamber to bring you another great event! Join us at 7:30am for coffee and light breakfast and to meet other young professionals. The panel conversation will begin at 8am, with audience questions at 8:45am. The event will wrap up around 9am. This is a free event with coffee and light breakfast provided. This event will feature a panel of young leaders from the for-profit and nonprofit sectors that will share their perspectives on the next generation of local philanthropists and how you can get involved in giving back. They'll also take questions from the audience. You'll hear from the following talented young local leaders: David Bolt, President at GMB Architecture + Engineering (recipient of the 2016 HYP Leadership Matters award) Mike Goorhouse, President/CEO at the Community Foundation of the Holland/Zeeland Area Hillary Hovinga, Director of Marketing and Communications at Greater Ottawa County United Way Sarah Lilly, Realtor at Five Star Real Estate Lakeshore Registration for this event is free but is required.
